Friends of Gramola Lab, Sant Jordi is already arriving on his horse, and as we love to celebrate it, we present our special box where each chocolate is a character from the legend.
This is our cast of flavors:
El Castell: peanut and salted caramel with dark chocolate coating
La Princesa: apple caramel with apple ganache and cinnamon. Caramelized white chocolate coating.
El Cavaller: vermouth caramel infused with orange, vermouth ganache and a crispy base of Corominas potatoes. Dark chocolate coating.
La Rosa: strawberry ganache and white chocolate coating
El Cor: raspberry jam, cheese ganache and biscuit and almond base
The Dragon: mojito ganache. White chocolate coating.
And since we don't like tradition to kill the dragon, each of us has created our own version of the story: for one, the princess turns from the knight and goes for mojitos with the dragon, for another, the knight prefers to stay on the road making vermouth, and for me, the dragon escapes in the middle of the heather, and settles in the castle, which is cold in the cave.
What is your version?
